Meetings of the minds

Transformed the concept of American-style town halls and rebranded it as HES Hui, where HES stands for the Faculty of Health and Environmental Sciences, and "Hui" is a Māori word for gathering or meeting. Organised quarterly HES Hui from start to finish, which included finding a venue, arranging catering, and managing communications before and after. In the past year, participation in the HES Hui has grown by over 50%, with more than a third of 650 FTE staff attending in person or online.
